Gamut Makes a Splash At REOMAC Florida

Following three days of intensive networking at the most recent REOMAC conference in Florida, Gamut Property Service's President Mark Scarlatelli and Partner John Mann, continued their expansion of the Gamut network opening up two new markets at the end of last year. Las Vegas is already operating at full bore and San Diego also opened up for business at the end of 2009.

"The REOMAC Conferences and others like them provide us with an opportunity to learn from our peers and to help the servicing industry understand what is going on at a transactional level, " noted Gamut Partner, John Mann. "The support of the REOMAC organization is crucial to our success since their goals and objectives run parallel to ours."

Gamut continues to build a strong presence throughout the REO community and recently sponsored a United Trustee Association cocktail reception which was well attended to a standing room only crowd. The event was co-hosted by the Bouchards at National Title and Ron Hacker from Bag Fund/Morgan Browning as well as members from the UTA. There was strong participation from investors, trustees, brokers and title professionals from around California, Nevada and Arizona.

Gamut will continue to be a strong advocate for the REO industry by actively participating with organizations that make a meaningful contribution to the REO business.

Gamut President Runs for REOMAC Board

Gamut Companies' President, Mark Scarlatelli, has been nominated for the Board of Directors of REOMAC, the nation's largest organization that serves bank asset mangers, brokers and realtors. Scarlatelli previously served on the Board at the turn of the century and has been involved in the organization since 1992.

As the head of a diversified construction and development company, Scarlatelli has completed over $100 million in construction projects including fire stations, city halls, schools and libraries. Gamut was selected for San Bernardino's first LEED certified project involving the renovation of the Crestline Library. The company has embarked on an aggressive expansion of its REO franchise operations and currently has offices in Northern and Southern California, Nevada and Arizona.

"I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years and I am confident I can make a meaningful contribution to the REOMAC Board. I bring a unique perspective as an affiliate/contractor member which will add value to the organization particularly as it pertains to the foreclosure/trash out process," stated Scarlatelli.

Gamut Property Services Opens Office in San Diego County

Gamut Property Services recently announced the opening of its San Diego County office to service the growing Southern California REO market. The new location will focus on assisting bank asset managers and brokers with the rehabilitation and preservation of foreclosed properties throughout the county.

Native San Diegan and Gamut Partner, Ryan Thomas, will head up the operation from his Lemon Grove location. Thomas will utilize his vast network of resources throughout the County to bring the Gamut level of service to the industry.
